Do you rent beMatrix or only build with client inventory?
Both. We can supply beMatrix rentals, integrate with your kit, or mix the two to hit budget and schedule.
Can you mirror an existing beMatrix design from another market?
Yes. We localize to Canadian or North American venue rules while matching the original look and function.
Will you communicate with our end client?

Only if you want us to. We can work through your project managers or appear as your in-house team.

Do you handle trade show services?

Yes. We can take care of electrical, rigging, material handling, housekeeping, and related paperwork.

Can you receive our freight in advance, stage it, and repack for the next stop?

Yes. We can advance-receive, inspect, and stage your shipment, then repack and label for the next city. You’ll get photo logs and counts at each hand-off.

Do you offer short-term storage between events or cities?

Yes. We provide short-term storage between dates, including secure holding for beMatrix frames, graphics, and custom elements, with inventory tracking and ready-to-ship repacks.

Can you run a multi-city North American roadshow on one master schedule?

Yes. We can build a master schedule covering freight, I&D, show services, and storage for each stop. We keep standard crate IDs, kit lists, and buffer days to protect timelines, and share status reports throughout.

Can you assist with coordinating border services and ensure smooth entry and exit of exhibit materials and personnel?

Yes, for materials. We coordinate with your customs broker (or ours) on commercial invoices, HS codes, temporary imports, and routing so freight clears in and out cleanly.
